we had so much fun picking apples last week, it was a gorgeous day! I love Fall!

my boys took such good care of me :)
We all left bright and early Sunday morning (the 29th) at 5:30am to head to Wisconsin Dells. We got there around 11:30am, Grayden did great during the trip! This is a little video we took of him in the car saying ‘milk’ its so cute! He calls his cup a ‘puck’, a little backwards! ha-ha!

We decided to go on the ‘duck ride’ while we waited for our room to be ready. Robb and I have been on one of these amphibious vehicles before but this one was WAY fun!
We saw lots of cool stuff during the land tour!
We went straight from land into the water, such a weird feeling!
after the duck ride we checked out our room, which was really cool, it was a 3-bedroom suite with kitchen, and dining area!
We couldn’t wait to check out the water parks! our hotel had 8 of them!
grayden has never been a big fan of water but he did pretty well!

We went to an outlet mall and Grayden found this little horsey ride! he loved it!
We went to Moose Jaw restaurant one night and all loved it, I wish there was one around here!

our hotel had an arcade right on down the hall from our room so we spent some time playing games one night! Grayden won lots of fun stuff! ;)
We also went to a ski show one night which was also very cool and a little nerve wracking, I think my blood pressure was a little elevated after that! It was hard to get pictures since it was so dark but Lisa did take this video of one of the more milder tricks:
We had such a fun time! Robb, Grayden and I packed up and left for Rochester Tuesday evening and the rest of the family stayed until Wednesday.
We hope to go back again sometime!!
We didn’t have much planned for our weekend which was actually kind of nice to not be so busy for once!
We did some cleaning and organizing in the basement on Saturday and went out with my family for my birthday (this coming saturday) dinner.
After that we went to my parents house and played Apples to Apples.
Sunday we went to church and took a long bike ride, it was such a nice day. Its definitely cooled off here!
Monday we went to the truck parade downtown, we got a little rained on and those trucks were loud so Grayden wasn’t so sure of the whole thing, maybe we’ll try again next year!
We headed to my parents cottage later in the afternoon and the guys worked on getting the boat and shore station out while the girls relaxed!
I loved having a nice long weekend especially after we just came home from Mayo it was nice to have some time to relax!
